1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jazbaz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://jazbaz.app and any associated mobile-optimised properties. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the jazbaz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jazbaz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jazbaz employs verification procedures including Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks to confirm player age and identity. If at any point a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all funds may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with no more than one ja zbaz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jazbaz uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from those accounts may be voided. Players found to have operated multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions will be permanently banned from the platform.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your profile promptly if any details change. jazbaz accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player, including but not limited to incorrect payment wallet numbers or email addresses.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the jazbaz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jazbaz makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any particular location outside of its intended market. Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credentials. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jazbaz will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jazbaz immediately by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate protective action, which may include a temporary account freeze pending resolution.

3.3 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your jazbaz account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. jazbaz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. jazbaz is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum and maximum limits for withdrawals are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. jazbaz reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Own Funds Only. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the associated winnings voided. jazbaz reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. For withdrawals above specified thresholds, submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or equivalent government-issued identification may be required before funds are released. jazbaz does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jazbaz maintains a strict anti-money laundering ("AML") policy. Deposits must reflect genuine gambling activity. Players may not use the platform to process funds without genuine gaming intent. jazbaz reserves the right to freeze accounts, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jazbaz are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is available.

5.2 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or alternate payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account suspension.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms. jazbaz reserves the right to void bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements within the stated validity period.

5.4 Amendments to Promotions. jazbaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games on the jazbaz platform, including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets, are operated under rules established by the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and provider-specific rules, the provider-specific rules shall govern in respect of the individual game outcome.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jazbaz platform: use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market; exploitation of software errors or malfunctions for financial gain; collusion with other players; match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed; use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions; and any form of fraudulent activity.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, jazbaz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneously large payout, jazbaz reserves the right to recover the overpaid amount from the player's account balance. The principle "malfunction voids all pays" applies across all game types on the platform.

6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules published in the Sportsbook section. jazbaz reserves the right to suspend or void a market where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or a compromised event.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Protection Tools. jazbaz provides all registered players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly within the Account Settings section and do not require support intervention to activate. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the jazbaz platform may do so by submitting a written self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, the account will be deactivated and jazbaz will take reasonable steps to prevent future re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from jazbaz.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 jazbaz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, and jazbaz will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jazbaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jazbaz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jazbaz's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact jazbaz support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
